This is a small house measuring around 40 feet by 35 feet. It is placed on a land of 100 feet by 100 feet. I have already finished the working drawings to be submitted to the relevant authorities for approval. I can do the BOQ for it if we come to agreement on how much you will pay for it. Please feel free to comment, ask and air out any views. Any review will be highly appreciated.
